I thought I came across them here somewhere, but can't find one now. Am I making that up? :dizzy:

I'd really like to make some. Anyone have one or can direct me to one?

    • We do a simple one - we use a variation on Sally Fallon's NT recipe.

      3c raw cream

      3 egg yolks

      1/3-1/2c maple syrup, or agave nectar

      _______(we leave out the arrowroot, didn't feel like it did much of anything.)

      & then, whatever else we feel like pitching in! i've LOVED experimenting. i just toss stuff in willy-nilly: vanilla extract, almond extract, pureed fruit, crushed nuts, chopped up dried fruit, powdered ginger, cayenne, salt, pepper, coconut - whatever strikes my fancy at the moment. so far, nothing really bad. :) I actually really liked the one we made with a touch of vanilla extract, a touch of almond extract, and black pepper. mmmm! i also really liked the pureed mango/cayenne combination.
